PROPERTY OWNERS

The Keech Pond Property Owner's Association helps to keep our vibrant community flourishing. Here are some of the ways our property owner dues help to maintain our Keech Pond community.

  • Maintain the prominence of our beaches, roads, & the rest of our community

  • Upkeep and repairs of the dam

  • Pay taxes on the roads, beaches, & dam

  • Receive representation at various board and permit hearings

  • Organize member only events & activities

  • Maintain the Keech Pond Association website

The Keech Pond Property Owner's Association helps to keep our vibrant community flourishing.  Annual Property Owners' dues are $100 for the home and lot.  Each additional lot owned, without a home on it, is $5.00.

The Keech Pond Dam is located at the end of Keach Dam Road and is owned by the Keech pond Property Owners' Association. It separates Keech Pond from Smith and Sales Reservoir.

Please following the Keech Pond Rules and Regulations when enjoying your time on our pond.  All laws for boating, Federal and State, apply to all owners and operators. Learn more

The name of the corporation is Property Owners Association of Keech Pond. Inc.

This is a non-business corporation, and the purposes and objectives of the bylaws can be read in this document.

The KPPOA rules and regulations are intended to help promote safety and neighborly co-existence as well as to maintain, protect and preserve our precious natural resources — Keech Pond and Keech Dam.

Keech Pond is a 129-acre pond located in beautiful historic Glocester, RI and is only a 20-minute drive from Providence.  It connects to the 186-acre Smith & Sayles Reservoir by a low dam.   Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, ice skating and many other activities.
