Notice from the Keech Pond Property Owners' Association

Boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards at Cherry Valley Beach 4-26-25
Boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards at Cherry Valley Beach 4-26-25

The Keech Pond Property Owners’ Association encourages property owners to bring their small boats and kayaks to the beach area for seasonal use. However, it is important that these boats are taken home at the end of the season and not left at the beach all winter.

Currently, there are ten boats (including pedal boats, Jon boats, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards) at Cherry Valley Beach, some of which appear to have been abandoned. In the coming months, the association plans to dispose of any unclaimed boats.

If you own one of these boats or have any information about them, please email keechpondassociation@gmail.com or visit keechpond.com and submit your information using the contact form.

UPDATE: 5/17/2025: We have obtained a limited number of Vessel Identification Stickers that were available at the Annual Property Owners' Meeting held on Thursday (5/15/2025). Please email keechpondassociation@gmail.com or visit keechpond.com and submit your information using the contact form if you would like a sticker for your Canoe, Kayak, Pedal Boat, Paddle Boards or rowboat.
