Keech Pond Summer 2025

Yesterday marked the official start of summer. It's been nice to see people around the pond over the past few weekends despite the rainy Saturdays. On behalf of The Board of Directors of the Keech Pond Property Owners’ Association, we urge everyone to be vigilant, cautious, and courteous to each other while enjoying the pond.

A diverse group of people use various types of watercrafts, and boat or motor size should not mean their owners can disregard others on the pond, such as paddleboarders, kayakers, and canoeists. These individuals also have the right to enjoy the pond without worrying about boat wakes or excessive speed causing them to capsize.

Let's all enjoy the pond and preserve its beauty by being mindful of our neighbors, and we hope you convey these sentiments to your friends and family when they bring their watercraft to the pond when visiting you.

Take care.
